This week’s community pantry box came with:

Hearty Bean, Potato & Veggie Soup

Ingredients:
Beans, potatoes, canned mixed vegetables, elbow macaroni, salt/pepper, any seasoning you have (garlic powder, onion powder, bouillon, etc.)
Instructions:
- Cook beans until tender (or use canned if you have them).
- Dice 2–3 potatoes and add them to a pot with the beans.
- Pour in enough water or broth to cover.
- Add the can of mixed vegetables (liquid included for flavor).
- Season generously.
